Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for open fulfillment positions within the Lancaster, PA Fulfillment Center and fully remote Customer Service & Sales call center positions. This position is a full-time, fully onsite role.

Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Partner and consult with hiring managers to identify talent needs and candidate selection throughout the hiring process
  • Organize weekly onsite hiring events (career fairs) to build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain a virtual bench of top candidates
  • Facilitate HR’s portion of New Hire Orientation for the PA fulfillment location, Customer Service department, and Sales department, and partner with the Training Department on other new hire training needs
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and signed, including I-9 employment authorization forms. Ensure I-9 Forms for new hires are completed in compliance with USCIS requirements.
  • Manage the initial screening process, including resumes and applicants to determine qualified candidates
  • Conduct & schedule pre-employment background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks
  • Assist with maintaining and filing employee disciplinary documentation and tracking active discipline to ensure attrition risks are considered in staffing discussions
  • Coordinate all recruitment and onboarding processes for offshore contractors, acting as a liaison between Turn5 and international staffing agencies
  • Assist in identifying and attending local career fairs, community and college events, media opportunities, Turn5 sponsored events, etc., to attract applicants 
  • Assist with documenting and tracking employee attendance related to active FMLA and ADA cases
  • Assist with support for weekly general payroll processing assistance including maintenance of payroll spreadsheet, issuing pay cards, referral bonuses

 

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • Experience: 1+ years’ experience in high volume full cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and pipeline development
  • Strong personal time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced interviewing skills
  • Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
