Reporting to the Director, E-Commerce Product Management, the Product Manager is responsible for working with the Product and Development teams to improve output for E-Commerce software/digital product (websites, app).  This role works with Product leadership, UX and the Development Team to deliver solutions. You will need to have close collaboration with business stakeholders and understand department objectives to translate feature requests into a clear digital product strategy inclusive of both customer facing features and underlying technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for digital products (ecommerce platform, website, apps and related), including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate the product strategy into iterative feature requirements (ie. Epics, Stories, Business Requirements) for the development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies, and define product objectives to evolve the customer experience to deliver business results
  • Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
  • Develop digital innovation that differentiates Turn5 brands and its features across primary market segments
  • Create and drive a strategic vision for the customer experience of Turn5’s E-commerce platforms
  • Training internal departments on new product features
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

 

Specific Job Knowledge:

 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Associate Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company's products
  • Experience overseeing the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to synthesize business objectives to features / experiences that drive results, analyze data trends, apply A/B test approaches, and data-driven decision-making processes
  • Previous experience delivering in Agile environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience:  2-4 years working with business and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous software and web development experience
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Direct experience with ecommerce platforms and related technology
