Reporting to Sr. Manager Merchant Operations, this role is responsible for various duties within the Reverse Logistics department. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team-player that is detail oriented in their work and self-motivated.


  • Lead the team in completing all Reverse Logistics tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring company standards are maintained
  • Monitor work volume and flex associates throughout tasks to ensure Reverse Logistics SLAs are met
  • Review associates’ metrics, creating action plans with the appropriate manager for underperforming individuals and have performance conversations as needed
  • Mange RTV orders including wave, pick, pack, ship and resolve problem orders in T5OM
  • Work with management to improve processes to maximize efficiency
  • Communicate and escalate any problems that arise to management with a sense of urgency
  • Be the liaison and spokesperson for the Reverse Logistics team
  • Monitor supply levels for associates ensuring they have supplies necessary to achieve operational standards
  • Operate powered equipment to assist as needed
  • Maintain clean and safe work conditions, assigning and performing house cleaning duties as required
  • All other duties assigned


Specific Job Knowledge

  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to write reports, and business correspondence.
  • Demonstrate satisfactorily oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate powered equipment (i.e. rider jack, order picker, and fork truck)
  • Ability to follow basic SOPs


  • Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 2-4 years warehouse and 0-2 years of leadership experience
