Reporting to the department Area/Operations Manager, this role is responsible for various duties within the fulfillment center.  Responsible for holding associates accountable to KPI’s and monitoring department goals and objectives.   



  • Directs staff to maximize departments efficiency
  • Utilize analytics reporting to gather data for decision making
  • Utilize warehouse management system and RF scanner technology to execute receiving and put away
  • Monitor work volume and flex associates throughout operation to ensure customer commitments are continuously met
  • Review associates’ metrics, creating action plans with the appropriate manager for underperforming individuals
  • Monitor supply levels for associates ensuring they have supplies necessary to achieve operational standards
  • Develop and lead Pre-work Communication Meetings (PCM’s) when necessary
  • Operate powered equipment to assist as needed
  • Maintain clean and safe work conditions, assigning and performing house cleaning duties as required
  • All other duties assigned


Specific Job Knowledge:


  • Proficient in warehouse management systems and RF gun functionality
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to write reports, and business correspondence.
  • Demonstrate satisfactorily oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate powered equipment (i.e. rider jack, order picker, and fork truck)


  • Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 2-4 years warehouse and 0-2 years of leadership experience
