The Remote Executive Assistant (must be located in Pacific Time Zone) will work collaboratively with twp busy ecommerce entrepreneurs located in Philadelphia, PA. The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to the business owners in both their personal and professional life. This individual must have a resourceful “can do” attitude, be a competent multi-tasker who possesses a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.
The position is part-time, working 10-20 flexible hours per week, with future growth potential. We would guarantee a minimum of 10 hours of work each week. You would need to be available during and outside of normal business hours (this includes handing last minute requests on nights and weekends.) The PT Executive Assistant will work directly with the Executive Assistant to the business owners in the planning, execution, and communication of their day-to-day responsibilities.
