Reporting to the Inventory Control & Returns Manager - Provides supervision of employees of the Returns Department, hardware requests and Packaging Departments to ensure effective selection, retention, development, disciplinary action and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating and delegating.
  • Provides training, monitors performance, and reports metrics of all RMA employees on re-boxing, returns processing, eBay sales, vendor returns, and private label T5 packaging.
  • Ensures same day returns processing (within 24-48 hours of receipt)
  • Coordinates and resolves issues with Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Purchasing Departments
  • Monitor department and individual KPI’s to ensure productivity goals are met. Work with employees to improve performance to standards as needed.
  • Responsible for the efficient operations of the WMS (PowerHouse) and assuring ADP data is updated and submitted to HR.
  • Open communication with above mentioned departments to ensure problems or special requests are completed
  • Demonstrates leadership to work group, emphasizing safety, quality and performance.
  • Adheres to injury reporting procedures
  • Contains and/or reduces cost and drives productivity within the department
  • Strives to achieve the successful attainment of the T5 determined metrics
  • Communicate any problems that arise to the Inventory Control & Returns Manager with a sense of urgency
  • All other duties as assigned by manager

Job Knowledge:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Computer proficient in: WMS (PowerHouse), T5IM, and T50M systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 3-5 Years of Fulfillment Leadership experience
