Reporting to the Director, HR, the Sr. Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for performing HR-related duties, working closely with senior HR management and supporting the leadership team in Turn5’s Lenexa, KS distribution center. This position carries out responsibilities for the following areas: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management and all other assigned duties.
