We’re on a serious growth trajectory and with no slowdown in sight, we need an energetic recruiting professional who thrives in an environment where being a self-starter must be in your DNA.  You’ll also need a strong consultative and solution oriented mindset as our hiring managers will rely on your recruiting expertise and prowess to develop and deploy effective recruiting campaigns that attract the right individuals, with the right skills, at the right time.  A sense of urgency is also a must as the continued growth of Turn5 depends on our ability to woo top talent. 


On our team, you will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across the entire recruiting lifecycle.  One minute you might be developing position requirements for a newly created role, the next minute interviewing candidates in advance of a career fair, and the next minute prepping hiring managers for interviews.  Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.


Year 1 is going to be about:


  • Working with Contact Center and Fulfillment Center hiring managers to identify talent needs and maintain a virtual bench of top candidates
  • Developing the strategy and execution plan to identify, attract, and recruit individuals into roles that range from entry level non-exempt to middle management exempt positions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to enhance existing position specifications, compensation offers, interview questions, and testing activities
  • Owning, managing, and driving monthly onsite hiring events
  • Delivering against hiring plans in a timely manner and prioritizing openings based on the needs of the business
  • Communicating and further developing the Turn5 brand while ensuring a positive candidate and interview team experience



We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:


  • 1-3 years of experience in high volume recruiting
  • Ability to lead and own the search and selection process including identifying, recruiting, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Proficient in use of Applicant Tracking Systems, iCims preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of determining recruitment milestones, managing the full candidate lifecycle, addressing recruiting barriers and providing solutions to ensure quality hires.
