We’ve grown by leaps and bounds and with no slowdown in sight, we need a seasoned recruiting professional who can collaborate with hiring managers across all levels of the organization to develop effective recruiting campaigns that attract the right individuals, with the right skills, at the right time.  We work with a sense of urgency as the continued growth of Turn5 depends on our ability to woo top talent, so we are most often identifying our next team member through direct outreach, rather than waiting for a resume to hit our desks. 


On our team, you will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across the entire recruiting lifecycle.  One minute you might be developing position specifications for a newly created role, the next minute interviewing candidates for a niche role on our marketing team, and the next minute prepping hiring managers for interviews.  Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization. It’s also essential that you are highly organized. 


Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Developing the strategy and execution plan to identify, attract, and recruit individuals into roles that range from entry level to senior management and reach across multiple business units (marketing, product, ecomm, finance, etc.)
  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop position specifications, compensation, interview questions, and testing activities
  • Delivering against hiring plans in a timely manner and prioritizing openings based on the needs of the business
  • Communicating and further developing the Turn5 brand while ensuring a positive candidate and interview team experience
  • Collecting, coordinating and communicating current industry and market information including current salary ranges, accessible labor pools and competitive information on a timely basis


We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate talent acquisition role with a proven ability to manage entire candidate lifecycle.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a high growth environment
  • Ability to lead and own the search and selection process including identifying, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Proven success using standard recruitment methods including cold calling into companies where known talent resides, personal network, employee referrals, and social networking
  • Strong aptitude to effectively determine recruitment milestones, manage process, address talent acquisition barriers and general optimal solutions to ensure quality hires
