Reporting to the Director, Photo and Video Production, the Video Floor Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the video studios. They will manage the team of Hosts, Sr. Hosts, and Videographers to ensure product is continuously flowing through each of the studios and the studios are efficiently maximizing time for optimal production. This is a unique opportunity to manage, inspire, and motivate video team members responsible for producing automotive content. As their manager, you are to assure a wide variety of studio personnel can efficiently stay on top of a constant, high-volume workload. Strong communication and leadership will be required for this role and prior management of hourly and salaried personnel is required.


  • Supervise team in the daily fulfillment of scheduled jobs to ensure on-time service.
  • Empower employees to take responsibility of meeting the department's expectations for productivity, quality, and monthly goals.
  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work scheduled.
  • Positive management. Coach, mentor, develop staff, including overseeing new employee on boarding.
  • Prepares weekly metric reporting to management.
  • Review performance to monitor and measure floor team’s productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems, Smartsheet, and other tools to track team’s performance and support team.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for open communication, conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
  • Committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on execution.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure team follows proper protocols.
  • Develop lines of communication and relationships with various departments including photography and product development to ensure efficient use of fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all studios and the garage area are clean, organized and have the necessary supplies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. 


  • Education: BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related production environment
  • Experience:  3-5 years of management experience.
  • Strong management, motivational leadership, and problem management skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and basic tool knowledge is a plus
