To continue our growth path, we need a hands-on, detail oriented Photo Coordinator to work in our photography studio, responsible for the daily support and preparation of product and vehicles for our Installers, Photographer and Videographer. Directly reporting to Director of Photo & Video, he/she will work to maximize production by transporting and prepping vehicles for photo, maintain studio organization/cleanliness, unboxing and re-boxing, and communication with various members in our photo/video production areas. A coordinator must be responsible, courteous, a good listener, and ready to problem solve each day to keep our fast-paced production moving.

 

Working hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Clean, maintain and prepare vehicles and sets
  • Drive vehicles between offices
  • Clean and position vehicles in studio as directed
  • Pick and organize inventory for shoots
  • The ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing, including by not limited to, tracking, cataloging, and repackaging products
  • Ensure that studios are kept neat and clean
  • Convey information with management and team effectively, positively, and efficiently verbally, non-verbally, or written

Qualifications

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful. So, we need you to have:

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Comfortable working with PC computers
  • Mechanical knowledge & capability to perform basic product installations on multiple generations of Mustangs, trucks and Jeeps preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of a variety of tools preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of photography preferred but not required

  • Visual and hearing capability.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy.
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment i.e. fax machine, photocopier, computer printer stationed between 3 & 4 feet high.
  • Ability to bend/stoop/crouch/climb/crawl as needed
  • Ability to push & pull items weighing up to 60lbs
  • Ability to lift & lower items weighing up to 60lbs
  • Ability to remain standing upright on feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions within assigned duty, including, but not limited to the hands, wrists, fingers, back
  • Ability to walk about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
  • Ability to tolerate dramatic temperature changes
