Position: Human Resources Generalist

Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.


To continue our growth path, we need an HR Generalist in our Paoli, PA corporate office to support and deliver a wide range of HR services ranging from employee onboarding, and employee relations all the way through to employee engagement, policy implementation and performance management.  This is a high impact role in an employee-oriented, high performance culture where our daily objectives emphasize obtaining company quality and productivity standards. 


Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist will be charged with several key deliverables to provide day to day HR support to the organization including providing employee relations support, business insights, driving performance-based business metrics, clearly defined career path and development programs, and creating culture, programs, policies and procedures supporting Turn5’s production and business-based operations. 



Year 1 is going to be about: 


  • Proactively address the needs of Turn5’s production and business-based operations, maintaining strategic alignment between the business and human resources.
  • Assists the Sr. HRBP with the HR contribution to culture and, workforce strategy and planning, workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, training, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement programs, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee relations and compliance.
  • Provide daily HR guidance and consultation to both management and employees
  • Aims to empower managers to proactively recognize and address performance and professional development of their team
  • Analyze trends and metrics within the business and operational areas to drive performance
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and analyze trends for opportunity areas
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations and exit interviews
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build culture, increase engagement, productivity and retention
  • Provide program, policy and procedure guidance, research and implementation
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs
  • Partner with recruiting function, ensuring successful onboarding and overall employee experience meets Turn5 culture expectations.
  • Ensures legal compliance on employee matters regarding progressive discipline, performance improvement plans and leave management.
  • Supports company-wide Human Resources initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned


We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:  


  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Advanced degree is preferred. HR Certifications, PHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Minimum of five years related business experience
  • MS Office including Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, & Power Point
  • ADP Workforce Now & Time & Attendance Systems
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent project management, leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills; logical and analytical thinker, comfort with data and analytics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to executive leaders
  • People leadership skills to enable working on cross functional teams.
