Position: Human Resources Generalist

To continue our growth path, we need an HR Generalist in our Paoli, PA corporate office to support and deliver a wide range of HR services ranging from employee onboarding, and employee relations all the way through to employee engagement, policy implementation and performance management. This is a high impact role in an employee-oriented, high performance culture where our daily objectives emphasize obtaining company quality and productivity standards.
Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist will be charged with several key deliverables to provide day to day HR support to the organization including providing employee relations support, business insights, driving performance-based business metrics, clearly defined career path and development programs, and creating culture, programs, policies and procedures supporting Turn5’s production and business-based operations.
