Turn5 is looking for a .NET Developer to join our team of fast-moving, highly skilled engineers using the latest technology to support backend business functions.


 In this role, you will:

  • Plan, design, and develop features and functionality for new and existing applications using WPF, C#, Windows Services, and ASP.NET as appropriate.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and user troubleshooting/support of the above-mentioned applications.
  • Work creatively, collaboratively and iteratively with a team of developers and product managers to bring new ideas to life.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders as well as end-users, allowing you to measure the impact of your work.
  • Create easy-to-use and scalable user interfaces based on varying levels of user input, ranging from minimal to functional mockups.
  • Provide clear and constructive communication and presentations when working with project managers and department heads, which have varying degrees of technical comprehension, to arrive at an understanding of the direction needed & the best ways of achieving project goals.
  • Adeptness to “own” projects through creation and continually maintain responsibility.


Who you are:

Specific Job Knowledge

  • WPF (including XAML & MVVM), C#, Windows Services, & ASP.NET Web Services development using Visual Studio.
  • Interacting with external web services and performing data manipulation on the information received.
  • Information storage and retrieval with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines when assigned and determine appropriate work schedules when not.
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (with VBA Macros), Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience reviewing code written languages other than C#, then making small modifications in that language or porting to C# based on a functional analysis is a plus.
  • Value getting things done (e.g. serving ecommerce to product management).



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional software development experience, at least 1 year with the technologies mentioned above.
