    Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, our team of inventory control associates are responsible for performing inventory cycle counts and researching through problems or issues as they arise.  This position will work 2PM - Close. 


    • Perform inventory cycle counts (Location, Velocity, and Pending cycle investigations) and reconciliation of inventory
    • Investigate inventory shortages and discrepancies
    • Conduct missing inventory research through historical data
    • Record and report inventory discrepancies
    • Make inventory corrections through issue tracker (Jira Service Desk) i.e. pairs and sets with incorrect system set up for proper inventory relief
    • Answer & solve inventory issue trackers within 24-48 hours
    • Use RF equipment as needed
    • Use of material handling equipment as needed (certification required)
    • Work with Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain current in house SKU accuracy through conversion processes
    • Utilize inventory control processes interdepartmentally to help maintain efficiency throughout the distribution center
    • Works to the workload – willing to work overtime as needed
    • Exhibits a commitment to excellence and to superior customer service internally & externally
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager


    • Basic computer knowledge is required, intermediate knowledge is a plus
    • Knowledge and use of PowerHouse, StoneEdge, and PIM a plus
    • Demonstrates basic material handling/packaging/warehouse equipment skills
    • Read, understand, and utilizes both RF scanners and computers
    • Education : High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience:  Prior cycle counting experience is preferred, but not required. Must be hardworking, teamwork oriented, and focused with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, production environment
