    To continue our growth path, we need a Digital Analyst to manage our reporting and analytics for our Marketing and E-Commerce teams. If you live for analyzing performance based on user behavior, dataset manipulation and deep dives into SEO and email marketing analysis then show us what you got!

    Responsibilities

    Year 1 is going to be about:

    • Analyzing marketing channel (SEO, Email, PPC, on-site) performance and user behavior through all Turn5 websites
    • Managing analysis & participating in strategy of a targeted catalog mailing program
    • Customer cohort analysis
    • Partner with Marketing Channel Managers to analyze and optimize marketing strategies
    • Create and optimize data sources combining web & customer data for unique insight.
    • Heavy use of Tableau, Google Analytics & Excel. Training is available.
    • Direct reporting to C-level.

    Qualifications

    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

    • BA/BS in marketing, economics, mathematics, or related degree
    • 3-5 year(s) of experience working with large data sets and conducting analysis
    • Google Analytics and/or Tableau experience
    • Ability to write simple SQL queries or interest/ability to learn
