    To continue our growth path, we need a high energy, detail-oriented Video Operations Coordinator on our Video team to play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the team.  This is a big opportunity for you to excel as part of a collaborative and dedicated team of creative geniuses who are at the core of our customer strategy by producing authentic and timely content for our online customers.

    You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across the entire company.   One minute you might be scheduling team meetings, the next minute ordering inventory, and the next minute corresponding with team members regarding video event details.  Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have a superior work ethic, can do attitude, and strong EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization

    Responsibilities

    Year 1 is going to be about:

     

    • Scheduling meetings for the video team
    • Supporting daily operations of video team including but not limited to: creating reports for management team, submitting check requests, submitting invoices for payment, handling travel requests, department documentation and paperwork completion
    • Managing timecards for hourly employees
    • Ordering inventory for photo and video.

    Qualifications

     We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

    • A minimum 3 years of experience in a professional work environment in a support role (receptionist, customer service, executive assistant, etc.)
    • Super strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • The ability to prioritize workload, identify solutions, and self-manage
    • Exceptional oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
