To continue our growth path, we need an Outbound Operations Manager for our fulfillment center in Lenexa, KS. This is a critical leadership role, so we need someone who has “been there and done that” as it relates to directing the overall direction of the Outbound Operations.
You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across all fulfillment activities. One minute you might be ensuring a smooth run of daily operations, the next minute evaluating KPI’s to manage performance, and the next minute coaching and mentoring outbound employees. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
