To continue our growth path, we need a high energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant on our Video team to play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the team. This is a big opportunity for you to excel as part of a collaborative and dedicated team of creative geniuses who are at the core of our customer strategy by producing authentic and timely content for our online customers.
You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across the entire company. One minute you might be scheduling team meetings, the next minute, compiling weekly team metrics, and the next minute corresponding with team members regarding video event details. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have a superior work ethic, can do attitude, and strong EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
