    To continue our growth path, we need a Supervising Videographer to lead our team of videographers. You will be tasked with managing, training and developing other videographers in the department. This is a critical role, as our video production team is at the core of our customer strategy that creates loyalty by producing authentic, timely and relevant content that bring our brands to life.

     

    You will be challenged daily to work both strategically and tactically across different teams. One minute you might be creating and developing departmental best practices, and the next minute communicating metrics to help the team better understand time/quality of product installation and workflow volume. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and emotional quotient as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Year 1 is going to be about:

     

    • Collecting data and building reports for the video production floor weekly metrics.
    • Leading a team of videographers effectively including establishing best practice, assigning work area & equipment, and conducting all quarterly annual reviews.
    • Consistently review footage to provide videographers feedback.
    • Developing and training videographers on increasing efficiencies.
    • Partnering with video team management to schedule special projects, pre-production meetings, staging of products, etc.

    Qualifications

    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

     

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the video/television field as a Videographer executing videos of all types including, but not limited to: Product based videos, interviews, how-to-demos, branded messaging video.
    • A minimum of 2 year of supervisory experience.
    • Must have expert level of knowledge in video production including but not limited to production & DSLR cameras, professional audio, and lighting. 
    • Stay up to date on video productions technologies.
    • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to deliver quality video in fast paced environment.
