To continue our growth path, we need an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer/Co-founder to ensure departmental success.
You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically in support of a wide variety of initiatives. One minute you might be managing complex calendars and schedules, the next minute acting as an extension of the leadership team in preparing correspondence, flagging and prioritizing emails, and handling other administrative tasks, and the next planning and executing company sponsored events. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
