Our purpose, however, extends beyond selling car parts. We have a commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences at every step of their journey. Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.

To continue our growth path, we need an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer/Co-founder to ensure departmental success.

You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically in support of a wide variety of initiatives.  One minute you might be managing complex calendars and schedules, the next minute acting as an extension of the leadership team in preparing correspondence, flagging and prioritizing emails, and handling other administrative tasks, and the next planning and executing company sponsored events.  Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Year 1 is going to be about:

    • Coordinating schedules of the executive to optimize time and to facilitate the exchange of information as well as coordinating with team members to ensure deliverables are met
    • Assisting in prioritizing items for immediate action, scheduling appointments/meetings with staff and direct reports and review of daily e-mail correspondence
    • Planning, organizing and executing company events, setting budgets and venue as needed
    • Assisting with documentation of department finances and other departmental records

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful. So, we need you to have:

    • 2-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality with a proven track record of efficiency and organization
