    To continue our growth path, we need a Payroll/HR Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for all processing and reporting of multi-state payroll, benefits administration and enrollment, FMLA and leave management, time and attendance tracking, and advanced people analytics.


    You will be challenged to work across all people operations. One minute you might be processing multi-state payroll in ADP, the next resolving a time and attendance issue, and the next completing reports that ensure we are compliant with federal, state and local laws. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.



    Year 1 is going to be about:


    • Administering Turn5’s ADP payroll and HRIS functions, you will be reviewing and analyzing all current payroll and HRIS procedures and implement changes leading to best practice operations.
    • Processing bi-weekly multi-state payrolls and perform daily payroll department operations.
    • Operating as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve payroll, time and attendance tracking, and advanced people analytics reporting.
    • Processing and filing all new hire paperwork, ensuring all relevant documents are captured and recorded.
    • Administering and tracking all FMLA cases/issues, workers compensation and unemployment compensation paperwork.


    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have: 


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field. Certifications in Payroll and/or HR a plus.
    • 3+ years of related business experience
    • Experience processing multi-state payroll.
    • Experience with ADP is a must, knowledge of Tableau and iCIMS preferred
    • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, taxes, accounting principles, practices, regulations and procedures.
    • Ability to drive change and lead continuous Improvement projects.
