To continue our growth path, we need a QA Manager to take ownership of the testing on our multiple E-Commerce websites and mobile apps and provide leadership to our Automation/QA team. Our methods are collaborative, our group is inclusive, and our minds are exploratory. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision to the team while not being afraid to roll-up their sleeves and jump right in.
You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across the entire enterprise. One minute you might be identifying the scope and risk of issues found and informing the necessary stakeholders of the perceived urgency of the issue, the next minute defining testing practices, and the next leading the test automation development and architecture.
