    To continue our growth path, we need a Photo Post Production Traffic Coordinator who will support our Photo Retouch and Video Edit team. This person will play a critical role in organizing and supporting the overall flow of our digital assets to and from our edit partners. They will make the final touches and approve product images and video content that keep our car enthusiasts engaged with our brands. 

     

    One minute you might be downloading and organizing our photo/video files, the next minute tracking the status and completion of shoots to upload to the site and the next approving and making minor edits to off car imagery. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Year 1 is going to be about:

    • Organizing media assets on a daily basis for uploading to our edit partners and our company servers
    • Identifying missing images and video footage before sending to our edit partners, and approving and making small edits for off car imagery
    • Downloading and uploading files, which includes creating .csv files with keywords and a list of skus needed per upload
    • Communicating with edit partners and members of the photo/video teams when uploads are complete and identifying issues, such as corrupt files
    • Utilizing automation scripts and Photoshop actions to resize edited photo images for correct web size and create files for colors change on the sites

    Qualifications

    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

    • Education: AA, AS, BA, or BS in Photography, Graphic Arts, Communications/Video, Digital Media, or related industry experience
    • Entry level experience in a studio or production setting preferred
    • Strong understanding of photo retouch, such as cropping, clipping, color correction, masks, etc.
    • Ability to accurately estimate project timelines and deliver high quality completed projects on time
    • Proficiency with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge. Experience with Adobe Scene7 and Premiere Pro a plus
