To continue our growth path, we need an Area Manager for our Outbound team in our fulfillment center in Lenexa, KS. This is a critical leadership role, so we need someone who has “been there and done that” as it relates to providing leadership and direction to the outbound function.
You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across all fulfillment activities. One minute you might be planning, evaluating, organizing, and delegating the duties for the day to your team, the next minute working with an employee to ensure their productivity goals are met, and the next minute performing extensive analysis and report building. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
