    To continue our growth path, we need a Facilities Technician for our fulfillment center in Lenexa, KS who will be responsible for the day to day building operations, maintenance and upkeep.


    Year 1 is going to be about:

    • Repairing and maintaining conveyor belt
    • General building upkeep, repair, and installation for areas including but not limited to preventative maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, security systems, and special projects
    • Performing cleaning as needed
    • Performing routine and scheduled maintenance of property and equipment
    • Responding to facilities related emergency call situations during common work hours as well as off standard hours depending on the severity of the situation when directed by management


    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

    • Minimum of two years working in facilities operations. Minimum of one year in maintenance, conveyors, construction, plumbing and painting.
    • Conveyor repair, installation, and diagnostics
    • Internal/external painting
    • Plumbing repair
    • Basic HVAC knowledge
    • Electrical knowledge and experience is a plus
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multifunctional tasks
    • Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools and equipment
