    Our purpose, however, extends beyond selling just car parts.  We have a commitment to curating a diverse assortment mix that not only contains items that our customers want and need, but also unique, specialty products that inspire even the most experienced owner to think bigger.


    To continue our growth path, we need a Demand Planner to make inventory assortment plans to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction! You need to be incredibly detailed oriented and analytical to create business forecasts to maintain appropriate inventory levels.   These are vital components to making sure our customers want to purchase from us again and again!


    Year 1 is going to be about:

    • Using JustEnough demand planning software as well as other reporting resources to place regular purchase orders with assigned domestic and international vendors
    • Planning and maintaining satisfactory inventory levels as judged by Out of Stock levels and Days on Hand.
    • Interfacing with Category Managers to stay up to date on vendor relationships and requirements.
    • Coordinating cross-functionally and resolving issues with Merchandising, Distribution, Receiving, and Finance/Accounting departments
    • Performing extensive ad-hoc analysis and report building.
    • Identify and implement proper planning parameters and process change to improve results as judged by established performance metrics.
    • Acting as a liaison between overseas suppliers and shipping agent to ensure each shipment has proper documentation for Customs Entry and is compliant with Maritime Law and Customs Regulations


    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

    • Must be very detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Analytical ability where problems are complex with a natural curiosity to want to solve these problems.
    • Effective interpersonal skills to work with different people
    • Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
    • Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
