Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.


    To continue our growth path, we need a Manager of Web Analytics to act as a critical liaison between Turn5’s e-commerce team and the business stakeholders from our merchandising, marketing, and product management teams to provide data insights, develop and enhance the big picture of Turn5’s customers, their web behavior, and issues or opportunities as they arise.


    You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across the entire enterprise.  One minute you might be providing strategic insights to drive the optimization of our e-commerce websites and digital strategy, and the next minute leading the knowledge share between E-commerce, Marketing and Merchandising stakeholders and analysts.



    Year 1 is going to be about:


    • Identify and monitor KPI’s for the E-commerce websites and apps, and key behaviors critical to business growth and customer retention strategies.
    • Report and analyze on the impact of new features or optimization efforts as they are released to the E-commerce websites and apps. Highlight areas of continued opportunity or issues for further product analysis.
    • Collaborate closely with the UX/UI Designer to ensure that tracking structure for new features or changes will work for clean analyses post release.
    • Use quantitative or qualitative research tactics to support product management initiatives with relevant data and insights, from user case studies and life cycle analyses to general reporting on interaction and trends.


    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have


    • BA/BS in marketing, economics, mathematics, or related degree
    • 4+ years of experience working with large data sets and conducting analysis
    • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketing analysis
    • Full and up-to-date working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics
    • 1+ years of experience in SQL, automation, or writing scripts tied to APIs a plus
    • Excellent analytical skills: a focus on business question definition should guide both reporting and analysis, from planning to data gathering to reporting to strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent proficiency with data management and manipulation. Ability to quality-assure, clean, and analyze large data sets efficiently.
