To continue our growth path, we need an operations manager to own, manage, and drive the success of our video production studio. This is a critical leadership role, as our video production team is at the core of our customer strategy that creates loyalty by producing authentic, timely and relevant content that bring our brands to life. Your obsession with optimizing teams, managing personnel, increasing production, crafting a culture and troubleshooting performance will keep us on the leading edge.
You will be challenged daily to work both strategically and tactically overseeing a team of product installers, hosts, and videographers. One minute you might be working with content producers to ensure on time delivery of a specialty vehicle build, and the next minute communicate metrics to help team better understand time/quality of product installation and workflow volume. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and emotional quotient as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
