    To continue our growth path, we need a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to work in our photography studio overseeing the daily traffic of incoming and outgoing products for our studio and product development teams. One minute you will coordinate directly with our Photographers and Installers to ensure the correct product is onsite and on set for shoots, the next minute participate in studio planning meetings to prepare for upcoming inventory and the next sorting through inbound and outbound product to mark them properly in the system.  Regardless of the task, you need to be high energy to keep up with our production-oriented environment.

     

    Working hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm

    Responsibilities

    Year 1 is going to be about:

    • Receiving, organizing incoming and outgoing inventory; repackaging when necessary and working with the photographers, installers, video team and product development to track products
    • Overseeing our inventory areas and assure they are continually organized and clean.
    • Receiving external deliveries from carriers and distributing accordingly, including return merchandise (RMA’s)
    • Updating and maintaining all inventory tracking and photo production sheets
    • Tracking of all drop-shipped products
    • Maintaining all safety standards of our warehouse including training certifications, fire lane access and all other safety requirements
    • Assisting IR team conduct bi-monthly cycle counts

    Qualifications

    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

    • Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production-based environment
    • Ability to operate a forklift
    • Mechanical knowledge & capability to perform product research and vehicle installation research when necessary
    • Working knowledge of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts and material handling
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet strict deadlines
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
