    To continue our growth path,  we need an experienced HR professional who loves to think strategically about the end to end employee experience and get their hands dirty in the details. In this leadership role, you will be tasked to partner with our production managers across multiple sites to drive operational excellence through strong performance-based metrics and reporting as well as increase employee engagement. 


    You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across all people operations.  One minute you might be coaching a business leader on how to handle a team performance issue, the next minute analyzing trends and metrics within the business and operational areas to drive performance and the next delivering an employee retention program to ensure we have a high performing team. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.



    Year 1 is going to be about:


    • Addressing the people needs of Turn5’s production and business-based operations, maintaining strategic alignment between the business and human resources.
    • Identifying key operational performance levers, creating culture, programs, policies and procedures supporting Turn5’s production and business-based operations
    • Contributing to workforce strategy and planning, workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, training, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement programs, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee relations and compliance.
    • Creating clearly defined career path and development programs for employees. Partnering with management and employees to improve work relationships, build culture, increase engagement, productivity and retention


    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have: 


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Master’s in Business or Human Resources preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certifications a plus.
    • 8+ years related business experience
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now & Time & Attendance Systems
    • Thorough knowledge of employment law
    • Strong problem-solving skills; logical and analytical thinker, comfortable leveraging data and evaluating analytics to drive business decisions
