    We have just recently launched our newest (and largest!) fulfillment center in Lenexa, KS and as we prepare to start shipping out of this facility, we need top talent to be a part of our newest endeavor. To continue our growth path, we are looking for experienced inventory control cycle counters to join our inventory control team. 

     

    Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, our team of inventory control associates will be responsible for performing inventory cycle counts and researching through problems or issues as they arise. 

    Responsibilities

    • Perform inventory cycle counts (Location, Velocity, and Pending cycle investigations) and reconciliation of inventory.
    • Investigate inventory shortages and discrepancies. 
    • Conduct missing inventory research through historical data;
    • Record and report inventory discrepancies
    • Make inventory corrections through issue tracker (Jira Service Desk) i.e. pairs and sets with incorrect system set up for proper inventory relief.
    • Answer & solve inventory issue trackers within 24-48 hours
    • Use RF equipment as needed
    • Use of material handling equipment as needed (certification required)
    • Work with Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain current in house SKU accuracy through conversion processes
    • Utilize inventory control processes interdepartmentally to help maintain efficiency throughout the distribution center.
    • Works to the workload – willing to work overtime as needed
    • Exhibits a commitment to excellence and to superior customer service internally & externally
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

    Qualifications

    • Basic computer knowledge is required, intermediate knowledge is a plus
    • Knowledge and use of PowerHouse, StoneEdge, and PIM a plus
    • Demonstrates basic material handling/packaging/warehouse equipment skills
    • Read, understand, and utilizes both RF scanners and computers
    • Education : High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience:  Prior cycle counting experience is preferred, but not required. Must be hardworking, teamwork oriented, and focused with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, production environment
