    You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across our Product and Marketing teams. One minute you might be deciding the allocation of spend across different channels to maximum sales & revenue, the next minute developing reports to monitor critical KPI’s, and the next minute testing landing pages and ads to improve account performance. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization. 

    Responsibilities

    Year 1 is going to be about:

     

    • Managing paid search and shopping accounts across Google & Bing
    • Identifying & sharing key insights on category/product/brand level performance with other teams including other marketing channels and merchandising
    • Participating in regular meetings with merchandising managers, providing insights based on paid marketing performance
    • Delegating projects to paid search coordinator(s), interns & external employees
    • Establishing and executing against annual budgets and revenue targets

    Qualifications

    We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

     

    • BS in Marketing, MIS, Math, Business, Analytics or related field
    • 3+ years of managing search/shopping accounts, preferably within e-commerce
    • Analytically oriented with strong math skills
    • Proficient in Excel and experience working with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, DoubleClick/SearchAds360 & ProductsUp Platforms
    • Google AdWords Certification a plus
