We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Lead performs, directs and holds associates accountable for the various tasks within fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Sr. Outbound Manager, this role is responsible for various duties within the picking and shipping department, specifically, leading the picking team, assisting the packing team and monitoring the loading of semi-trailers and general housekeeping. Additionally, this person ensures department metrics and standards are met and acts as a backup to the Outbound Supervisor.



This position is a full time role working Tuesday - Friday from 12:30PM - 11PM. The role offers full benefits (medical/dental/vision, PTO, product discounts, etc.)

How you’ll spend your time with us: 


  • Lead picking team in fulfilling customer orders accurately (i.e. fluids/oils bagged, master packs not being picked, minimize miss-picks)
  • Assist in packing orders readying for shipment
  • Monitor and rotate personnel loading semi-trailer
  • Distribute even work flow to packers/shippers
  • Operate powered equipment to assist shipping supervisor, fulfilling orders
  • Ensuring the work environment is clean and safe
  • Monitor supply levels for pickers and packers(i.e. boxes, tape, and labels)
  • All other duties assigned
  • Daily warehouse maintenance


Key Role Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent amount of education and experience;
  • 2-4 years of experience working in fulfillment and/or outbound roles;
  • Ability to operate power equipment
  • Understanding of RF gun
  • Basic knowledge of Powerhouse.
  • Leads by example; Ability to motivate and direct others in fast paced environment
