To continue our growth path, we need an operations manager to own, manage, and drive the success of our photography production studio. This is a critical leadership role, in a fast-paced production environment. Your obsession with optimizing workflows, finding efficiencies and troubleshooting performance and vendor issues will keep us on the leading edge of creating content that engages the most discerning enthusiast.
You will be challenged daily to work both strategically and tactically overseeing a team of product installers, photographers and inventory specialists. One minute you might be planning production workflow to ensure we are first to market with new product imagery around the next generation of Mustang, Wrangler or Truck, the next minute working with our post production team looking for efficiencies to be gained throughout the production process, and the next minute defining new metrics to better understand time/quality of product installation, workflow volume and inventory management. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and emotional quotient as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
