Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.


To continue our growth path, we need a sophisticated email marketing expert to develop and execute personalized campaigns across our flagship brands. We’ve had a lot of success to date growing and engaging our customer base, but we need someone who’s “been there and done that” as it relates to conceptualizing and launching creative campaigns that drive sales for mature brands.  We also need a leader who wants to be empowered to own the email strategy, able to execute it tactically, and comfortable making impactful changes to improve performance without a safety net.  But you won’t be thrown to the wolves.  You’ll receive plenty of support from our social, analytics, and merchandising teams. 


You will be challenged to work strategically and tactically to deliver results.  One minute you might be conceptualizing a “one of a kind” behavior email series for 8 different mustang generations, the next minute analyzing campaign performance, and the next minute conceptualizing and developing tactics to increase customer retention and engagement that don’t rely on discount tactics or traditional gimmicks. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.


Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Leading the direction of our automated and dynamic email strategies across two mature brands
  • Developing and maintaining promotional strategy to increase retention of customers and creating behavioral/trigger based campaigns to target repeat/active buyers
  • Making data driven decisions on key performance indicators develop future campaigns and improve year of year metrics
  • Working closely with internal teams to launch email specific promotions, holiday campaigns and special offers


We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience growing email campaigns
  • Experience using ESP platforms such as Bronto, Mail Chimp
  • Ability to analyze key email metrics and make decisions
  • Independently manage multiple projects
  • Perform QA process on all email campaigns
