Overview

Turn 5 is one of the largest and fastest growing e-commerce retailers in the Greater Philadelphia area.  Best known for our award-winning e-commerce platforms, AmericanMuscle.com, ExtremeTerrain.com and AmericanTrucks.com, we’ve been engaging car enthusiasts with exceptional products, services, and experiences since 2004.

Our purpose, however, extends beyond selling car parts. We have a commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences at every step of their journey. Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.

To continue our growth path, we need an operations manager to own, manage, and drive the success of our video production studio. This is a critical leadership role, as our video production team is at the core of our customer strategy that creates loyalty by producing authentic, timely and relevant content that bring our brands to life. Your obsession with optimizing workflows, finding efficiencies and troubleshooting performance and vendor issues will keep us on the leading edge.

You will be challenged daily to work both strategically and tactically overseeing a large team in the facility. One minute you might be planning production workflow to ensure we are first to market with new content around the next generation of Mustang, Wrangler or Truck, the next minute working with content producers to ensure on time delivery of a specialty vehicle build, and the next minute defining new metrics to better understand time/quality of product installation, workflow volume and inventory management. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and emotional quotient as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

  • Managing and developing video production team through thought leadership and best practices, evaluating new tools and identifying new areas for improvement
  • Overseeing management of parts inventory to ensure product is ordered on time and in supply for daily video shoots
  • Managing Turn5’s vehicle fleet including ingestion of new vehicles into the fleet, fleet maintenance, registration, inspection and gas
  • Ensuring efficient use of fleet vehicles enterprise wide
  • Overseeing the scheduling across teams

Qualifications

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 3-5 years of professional management experience in a operations/production setting
  • Passion and understanding of Mustangs, Trucks and Jeep Wranglers is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage projects concurrently, establish priorities and respond quickly to shifting priorities and needs
