Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.


To continue our growth path, we need a marketing coordinator to manage and launch promotional onsite and email campaigns that drive sales across our brands. This is an ideal role for a rock-solid project manager who thrives in an environment where juggling multiple launches with quick turnaround times is just another day at the office. You’ll also need to be a strong influencer and motivator as you’ll work across our social, merchandising, creative and development teams to operationalize and deliver the logistics behind daily deployment of all campaigns.  


Each day you will find yourself with the challenge of working efficiently and tactically to deliver results. One minute you might be planning a “one of a kind” promotional email for 8 different mustang generations, the next launching multiple holiday email and onsite promotions across all our e-commerce stores, and the next analyzing past campaign performance to improve year over year success. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.


Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Developing and launching profitable Email and Onsite promotions and special offers.
  • Coordinating, maintaining and managing logistics behind daily deployment of all promotional email and onsite campaigns and calendars.
  • Proposing and executing meaningful QA testing that ensures all campaigns, email and onsite launches are deployed accurately.


We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 2+ years in an e-commerce environment
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience using an Email Service Provider platform is preferred
