Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer, or consulting to the most experienced owner on product fitment, we are obsessed with connecting to as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.


To continue our growth path, we need a senior marketing analyst who loves getting lost in data to provide the analysis and insights digital channel managers rely on to make strategic decisions about their brands. We’ve had a lot of success building our expertise as Turn5’s internal analytics “hub”, so we need someone who has experience supporting Paid search, SEO, Email and Social marketing teams in the past as well as our merchandising and e-commerce teams when needed. We also need someone who thrives working with large data sets (you need it, we got it) to prove out multiple scenarios that support sound business decisions.    


You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across all marketing initiatives. One minute you might be collaborating with the marketing team to analyze specific data and KPIs, the next minute forecasting revenue on a specific brand and the next minute engaging with a vendor to identify performance improvement opportunities of a specific piece of technology. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.


Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Leading data analysis within all Paid, Social, Email and SEO marketing channels
  • Collaborating with senior leaders of the marketing channels to analyze and identify different data, KPIs, and strategy between mature and growing businesses
  • Owning all forecasting out of the marketing department, such as; forecasts of revenue, new customers, and site traffic.
  • Working with channel manager on bottom-up methodology and working with the analytics team to flow projections into all reporting
  • Maintaining a constant pulse on how the business is trending, why, and fostering discussions around the strategy of how to make improvements


We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with large data sets and conducting analysis
  • 3+ years in ecommerce or marketing analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and apply strategic business knowledge to findings and analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
