Our purpose, however, extends beyond selling just car parts. We have a commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences at every step of their journey. Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer, or consulting to the most experienced owner on product fitment, we are obsessed with connecting to as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.

To continue our growth path, we need an organized, highly adaptable, and detail oriented outreach specialist to build and maintain our installer network shop program.  This is a highly visible role as you’ll be the first to embark on building this groundbreaking program that will connect our customers to approved mechanic shops for product installations.  This is unchartered territory, so we need someone who is tenacious, will take risks, and forge ahead against any obstacles that could impeded program goals.

Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Identifying relevant shops and conducting direct outreach (phone and email) to educate and inform them on the benefits of becoming a program vendor
  • Following up on pending deals and contracts to finalize the listing process
  • Ensuring vendor information is launched onsite accurately, on time and in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Acting on any customer complaints about specific shops, including brainstorming solutions to continually improve the customer process

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an account management, inside sales, or customer service environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with technology tools to enable multi-platform research
  • Advanced knowledge of business software such as Word and Excel. Previous experience with a CRM solution or analytics software strongly preferred
  • Experience working in or around the auto industry professionally or hands on DIY auto enthusiast strong preferred.
