The Marketing Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for report creation/improvement, ad hoc analysis, dataset manipulation, and custom data movement for all departments the Analytics team assists for all of Turn5 Inc websites. Reporting and analysis will be conducted using Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and other tools as required. This person will aid all digital marketing channels (Email, Paid Search, SEO, Google Shopping, Display, Social, and Catalog), the e-commerce team, and other aspects of the business with data and analytics needs as required.

 

How you’ll spend your time with us

  • Create new reports in Tableau and Google Analytics and make adjustments/improvements to existing reports
  • Analyze marketing channel performance and user behavior through all Turn5 websites (AmericanMuscle.com, ExtremeTerrain.com, AmericanTrucks.com)
  • Manage the execution of all backend aspects of catalog mailings: segmentation, selection grid creation, housefile management, test creation, keycoding, the matchback process, and analysis
  • Execute monthly audits of our data quality and accuracy in Tableau reporting and Google Analytics
  • Complete analytics requests for marketing channel managers, the e-commerce team, and other business functions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Discover opportunities for improvement within reporting and marketing activities of various channels pertaining to the most valuable customer segments
  • Move web and customer data through different data sources to have one source of reporting with both types of data
  • Assist the members of the Analytics team as needed with any data and analysis projects
  • Coordinate various marketing tasks including SKU creation, phone number creation, and contest winner selection

Key Role Requirements

 

Education : BA/BS in marketing, economics, mathematics, or related degree

Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience working with large data sets and conducting analysis

  • Excellent analytical skills: including being able to quality-assure, clean, and analyze large data sets in order to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • Tableau experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
