Reporting directly to the Accounting Director, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the accounting close process; monthly financial reporting; internal control improvements; data analysis & automation; partnering with operational teams; audit process, and other key initiatives and projects for the Company.
Year 1 is going to be about:
- Leverage automation to accelerate existing processes and improve related analyses.
- Prepare and/or detail review complex journal entries or account reconciliations with limited supervision and ensure the accuracy of information through well-documented workpapers. Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve any issues or reconciling items.
- Identify and clearly explain the drivers behind balance sheet and P&L fluctuations against the forecast, prior periods, and own expectation.
- Present monthly reporting to management, being the subject matter expert on the area. Communicate accurate, relevant, actionable information to the business and follow through on takeaways.
- Prepare monthly Company financial statements and supplemental financial reporting and analysis around key operational areas.
- Support the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.

Reporting to the IT Systems lead, the System Administrator is responsible for provisioning, installation/configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of all mission critical systems at Turn 5. This role also serves as an escalation point for more complicated Help Desk tickets, as well as providing mentoring and training to others on the team to enhance their skillsets. The role has shared responsibilities across the IT disciplines and the daily responsibilities may shift to fit the needs of the team.
Year 1 is going to be about:
- Installing, configuring, and managing Virtual Servers, VOIP phone system, and applications (including, but not limited to):

Under the supervision of the Photo and Video Department Management Team, the Photographer is responsible for the successful execution of photographing of all products off-car, for Turn 5’s websites. In this role, you need to maximize production through product research, photography, and studio organization/cleanliness in our photo production area. The Photographer is responsible for ensuring the proper exposure, lighting combinations, color balance, and focus is maintained in all photos, consistent with Turn5 photo standards with limited assistance or supervision.

- Shoot high volume of products, following all Turn5 photo Standard Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for palletizing product to be sent to on-car studio in PA.

Under the direction of the Sr. Automotive Product Fitment Data Specialist, this person is responsible for creating, verifying, and maintaining vehicle fitment data for assigned aftermarket automotive parts and accessories. This role is responsible for ingesting and enriching fitment data for new product launches, as well as managing the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the fitment database to ensure the data we are providing our customers is up to date and best in class.

- Mapping and normalizing ACES fitment data received from vendors into our internal systems

- Leverage deep domain knowledge to resolve data conflicts

This position will work in a dynamic, agile team environment using behavioral data to surface insights about our customers – automotive modding enthusiasts.
Year 1 is going to be about:
- Working with the research team to support ongoing programs of optimization and analyses, including a/b testing, and data tracking implementation. Reporting results changes made to our ecommerce sites every two weeks.
- Facilitating optimization and analysis programs across multiple teams to define and launch initiatives, including creating simple, digestible slides to summarize results and present opportunities to improve.
- Conducting research using Google Analytics and related tools to identify impacts and opportunities.
- Working with the product and marketing teams to unpack the goals and hypotheses of a test or change into measurable KPIs, then develop specifications for the data required to report on these KPIs (tracking requirements, metric definitions).

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Sales Management Team, the Tech Support Specialist aids our customers through their automotive accessories pre-purchasing & post-purchasing experience.
