Whether it’s supplying a unique product that customizes the look and feel of their ride, providing thousands of educational videos for the DIYer or leveraging user generated content to inspire even the most experienced owner, we are obsessed with ensuring we reach as many like-minded gearheads across the globe.



To continue our growth path, we need a social media expert to develop and execute a next generation social strategy and lead our in-house social media team to deliver on it.  We’ve had a lot of success to date growing and engaging on major social platforms, but we need someone who has “been there and done that” as it relates to creating large integrated paid search campaigns for multiple brands.  We also need a fearless leader who can implement industry best practices and develop our team so we can reach our greatest potential.


You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically across all social media operations.  One minute you might be analyzing different data sources to measure campaign effectiveness for a brand, the next minute reviewing content calendars, and the next minute orchestrating the development of new YouTube content with our in-house photo and video teams.  Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.


Year 1 is going to be about:

  • Developing the strategy and execution plan for engagement, content creation, prospecting, paid social and brand positioning for 3 retail and multiple private label brands to drive significant top-of-funnel customer acquisition
  • Collaborate on our YouTube marketing strategy with our in-house video production team, leveraging video assets for reach and discoverability on the platform and beyond 
  • Monitoring channel performance making data driven improvements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Delivering thought leadership and best practices, evaluating new tools, and identifying trends that keeps us on the leading edge
  • Providing hands on leadership to our social media team to ensure they are engaged and productive

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful.  So, we need you to have:

  • 7-10+ years of experience leading and managing a team, preferably within the digital marketing industry
  • 4+ years of experience strategizing, running, analyzing, and improving paid social media campaigns
  • Demonstrated track record of success in growing and engaging large audiences on major social platforms
  • Hands on experience with web analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics)
  • Expert knowledge of social publishing, optimization and engagement tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Falcon)
